Please read carefully the following Conditions and Terms of Use. Purchasing Tickets and/or Products you agree to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
BookingShow S.p.A. is a shareholding company, leader in ticketing, marketing, training, e-commerce for sports, shows and events, including promoters, managers, employees, consultants and suppliers, with legal headquarters in Via Senatore Nannarone 2 - 71100 Foggia - Italy.
Event: time-limited show or event. Each event requires one or more ticketing service(s), during which Tickets for the event are physically issued.
Event Promoter: is the subject that organizes Events.
Ticket: is the document that allows the Ticket Holder to access the Event Venue.
Ticket Holder: is the natural person who orders the Ticket and any other holder of a ticket purchased from the order's subscriber.
Event Venue: is the block of buildings and lands where Events take place.
Order Confirmation Email: is the notification that Bookingshow sends to the final customer, via e-mail, in order to confirm the ticket/product purchase made on the website:

2.Object of the Service
The service is supplyed by BookingShow S.p.A. and has as its subject the possibility to purchase tickets and/or products for one or more shows or events, offered by the event supporter and/or by Bookingshow.com itself. The commercial transaction should be completed and confirmed by credit card, and the tickets picking up should be subsequent to the purchase.
The service allows the User:
2.1 to reserve tickets provided by the event Promoter for one or more shows or events;
2.2 to purchase services and/or products offered bu BookingShow.com;
2.3 to pick up and/or to receive the reserved ticket for the aforementioned show or events at one's own shipping address.
3. Tickets and Events Details
3.1 All the audience, apart from age, must exhibit a valid ticket to access the Venues.
3.2 Ticket must be purchased from Bookingshow or from an authorized Ticket centre. If the Ticket were purchased from subjects other than Bookingshow or authorized Ticket Centres, or rather in case of loss, theft, duplication or if the ticket were purchased at enmity with the terms and conditions, the Ticket Holder shall not be allowed to access the Venues or forced to leave.
3.3 It's not allowed to trade or exchange the ticket.
3.4 Ticket can't be sold or transferred to third parties for negotiations or trade.
3.5 BookingShow has the right to cancel a Ticket or an order at any time and for technical and/or organizational reasons.
3.6 These Terms and Conditions and those on the back of the Ticket establish the agreement between Ticket Holder and BookingShow.
4. PAYMENT TICKET
User may pay tickets only by credit card or Paypal, following the steps during the purchase process. BookingShow retains the right to cancel orders, whose payment is still outstanding, also after the date of purchase.
5. TICKET PRICE AND BOOKING COST
Ticket price is the price reported on the ticket, including possible presale costs. Bookingshows reserves the right to add, to each transition, service commissions, on behalf of promoters and at its ow discretion. You will be informed of any eventual commission during the reservation procedure.
6. WITHDRAWAL
As mentioned at point 2.1, in case of user's renounce no refund, neither of ticket price nor of additional costs, is allowed, according to the art. 7 - paragraph b) of the Decree Law May 22 1999 n. 185, that executes the European Directive CEE 97/7/CE, right of withdrawal cannot be enforces, as is clearly shown in the article of the aforementioned law:

1. The Articles 3,4,5 (right of withdrawal) and comma 1 of Article 6 are not applicable:
b) to supply contracts for services as lodging, transports, catering, free time, when, upon the conclusion of the contract, the supplier is committed to provide such services in a certain date or in a fixed period of time.
7. CANCELLED OR POSTPONED EVENT
According to point 2.1, should an event be cancelled or postponed by the promoter and whatever cause, BookingShow is committed to refund the ticket price, excepting the presale costs and any eventual commission.
Please find below the detailed explications:
7.1 If the start or end time of an Event were modified, and the Event takes place on the same day, the Ticket Holder does not have the right to demand refund/replacement of the Ticket.
7.2 In case of modifications to the Event program, the Ticket Holder shall not have the right to change the Ticket, nor to get refund.
7.3 If an Event is cancelled, the Ticket Holder shall have the right to demand a refund for the Ticket Price, except for presale costs and additional commitions applied during the purchase procedure. Tickets shall not be replaced with Tickets for other Events.
7.4 BookingShow is not liable for any demand, damage, compensation, loss or expense resulting from the cancelled, modified or postponed Events.
7.5 In case of loss, stolen, damaged or destroyed,or should the Ticket be unreadable, Bookingshow shall not replace the Ticket.
8.Modal ritiro sped
User may choose ticket shipping to billing address and/or to pick it up on the date of event; sometimes the event promoter may require shipping to billing address. In case of picking it up in the venue box-office, it is possible to collect the ticket about one before the event starts. In case of shipping, tickets will be shipped with express courier and delivered within 48 hours, with a cost per shipment from € 1,70 on (VAT included).
9. BOOKINGSHOW RIGHTS AND LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
Bookingshow is not liable for any kind direct or indirect damage suffered, concerning any service supplied. BookingShow reserves the right to remove, change, suspend or interrupt any function or service for technical and/or organizational reasons.
10. PROHIBITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
10.1 Each Ticket Holder agree to be subject to search before or during the access to the Venue. Searches will be made for safety reasons and may include frisks, baggage or other objects control.
10.2 Tickets cannot be used for politics, commercial, advertising or any promotional purpose (eg. contest), if not otherwise stated in previous written
authorization by the Promoter and/or BookingShow.
11. GENERAL
11.1 BookingShow may decide not to apply one or more of commitment above mentioned. This does not imply that Bookingshow may still apply one or all the above commitment whenever is necessary.
11.2 Should one commitment above mentioned be no applicable, the others will still have full effectiveness.
11.3 In case of purchasing Tickets for a third party, the agreement to Terms and Conditions is meant to be given as delegate of the third party.
11.4 Any disputes regarding or resulting from the agreement between Bookingshow and the Ticket Holder regarding the Ticket purchase, will be interpreted and is governed by Italian Laws. The Court of Foggia has the exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions.
11.5 BookingShow reserves the right, whenever necessary, to amend or complete the current Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be available on the website www.BookingShow.com or could be demand to BookingShow.
