b. processing the personal data You subbmit and tracking your use of the website, according to the General Terms and Conditions, in order to unaderstand your usage patterns and to provide you more useful informations
c. BookingShow may use your data for BookingShow own marketing and promotional activities
d. collecting, storing and processing your data for administrative-accounting purposes, including commercial invoices potentially sent via email;
e. BookingShow may use your personal data for marketing and promotional purpose of third parties

Data Processing Terms

The computerised data processing will perform researches and analize your use of, or interest in our services or content. Through the data collecting and processing system, BookingShow guarantees that the aforementioned data will not include, directly or indirectly, sensitive informations according to the art. 4 D and 26 of Decree Law 196/03. Therefore, no sensitive information will be, directly or indirectly, processed.

YOUR CHOICES ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

In order to provide you with BookingShow services, the consent of points (a),(b),(c) will be required. The consent to point (e) is not required.

Any petition, according to the art. 7 of Decree Law 196/03 must be sent at BookingShow s.p.a. – Direzione Ufficio Tutela dati personali. The sole data processor, according to the art. 29 of Decree Law 196/03 is Mr. Matteo Buonfiglio.

DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS

Art. 7 Decree Law 196/03 (User's rights)

1. With regard to the personal data processing, the subject has the right to ask if his personal information have been collected, even if not yet recorded, and may ask for a report written in a intelligible way.

2. The subjet has the right to get informations about:
• the data source;
• processing purposes;
• processing methods;
• main points of Data Processor and Controller
• third parties which can use data

3. Moreover, the subject has the right to receive:
• any data updating, correction or integration
• data deletion, anonymous transformation or the report of those data processed in contravention of the Law, including those data whose collection was not required for the uses they've been processed for
• an attestation which states that those subjects who received personal information were aware of operations described aboved, unless the fulfillment is impossible or involves the engagement of means and tools disproportionated compared to the right

4. The subject has the right to , fully or partially, disagree with:
• personal data processing, even if relevant to the collection purposes, for proper reasons
• personal data processing for promotional communications purposes
